Entry begins 30 minutes before the show.

Late arrivals will be seated during appropriate breaks only.
Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed inside the concert hall.
Re-entry is limited to seats near exits.
QPO staff will assist you with seating, and to ensure the best experience for all guests, disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue.
